Sodium alginate, medium chain triglycerides, corn starch, modified cellulose gum, soy lecithin, glycerin, sorbitol, propylene glycol alginate, natural flavours (cocoa, mint), polysorbate 80, sodium citrate, sucralose, natural colours (caramel, beet red).
NO gluten, lactose, artificial colours, flavours or preservatives.
Adults: Dissolve 1 – 3 strips on the tongue daily at or before bedtime. Do not drive or use machinery for 5 hours after taking melatonin
Consumption with alcohol, other medications or natural health products with sedative properties is not recommended.
